Denby-Whittier Framework Plan Meetings | April 25 & May 2

Planning and Development Department (PDD) will be a guest on the April 25 and May 2 District 4 Community Meetings to share information about the proposed Denby/Whittier Framework Plan. Both meetings are scheduled to begin at 5 pm.

The City of Detroit proposes to conduct a neighborhood framework planning study in the area bounded by Harper Woods (NE) – Kelly (NW) – Hayes (W) – I-94 (SE). The Framework Plan proposes to identify common goals for the future of neighborhoods in the study area and direct resources toward the realization of those goals. The anticipated cost of the study is $300,000. The planning process could begin in fall 2023.
