To create a word search puzzle in Microsoft Word, you can list your words, place them in a grid, and then write each letter of the words into the grid. 
Steps 

• Make a list of words.
• Create a grid.
• Write each letter of the words into the grid.
• Distribute the words evenly throughout the grid. 

Write the words in different directions, such as forward, backward, diagonally, and vertically.

 
Make sure all the words in your list are included in the puzzle. 

You can also adjust the size of the letters to make the puzzle more or less challenging.
