Capital Partnership Program

Effective June 3, 2020, due to financial constraints caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) has suspended the Capital Partnership Program (CPP) until further notice.

Applications received after June 3, 2020 will not be reviewed or considered for CPP funding.

Projects that have already been approved for CPP funding will continue to be eligible for the approved amount and should follow the directions outlined in the award letter.
