Senior Property Tax Deferred Payment Information

Payment of Summer and Winter property taxes may be deferred for qualified senior citizens.

Deferments must be applied for and approved by September 15.

If your application is approved, you will have until February 14 to pay your taxes without penalty and interest.

You may obtain a copy of the deferment application online or in Room 130 of the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center.
