The mission of the Office of Contracting and Procurement is to support the strategic contracting and procurement of materials, equipment and services that are essential to providing governmental services for the citizens of Detroit.

and send your required documents using the Supplier Portal.

Until you have a signed contract or purchase order from The Office of Contracting and Procurement,
you may not begin any work with a City of Detroit department or agency.
Any invoices submitted with dates before a contract or purchase order is approved and signed by the Chief Procurement Officer, will not be honored.
