Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Neighborhood Opportunity Fund (NOF) Workshop #1
The City of Detroit invites all community organizations human services organizations, non-profit organizations etc., who wish to participate in the development and implementation of Neighborhood Opportunity Fund (NOF) projects or American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) projects as advisors and/or as operating agencies may submit proposals. The workshops are designed to help community groups and other prepare their Community Development Block Grant NOF and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) NOF proposals. According to proposal criteria, a community group representative must attest to attending a workshop to be eligible for funding (see proposal signature page).
