The Authority and the Contractor now desire to amend the Contract to provide for additional services to be performed as detailed and attached in Exhibit
The Contractor has the requisite skills necessary to assist the Authority and represents that it is fully qualified and capable of performing the Services required
The Authority and the Contract now desire to amend the Contract to provide for new structural steel reinforcing and roof curb installations for the roof
The Authority and the Contractor now desires to amend the Contract to provide additional services identified in Exhibit A needed to complete the Project. And
The Authority has determined that it is necessary to engage the Contractor to provide design, engineering, construction, electrical, mechanical and renovation of the East Side
The Contractor and the Authority did heretofore enter into a design/building construction services agreement and desire to amend the Contract to extend the time needed
