The suspect walked up to the counter at the Family Dollar, produced a weapon, grabbed the 42-year-old female victim (cashier) by her apron and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency. The same suspect entered the Family Dollar located in the 18200 block of Schoolcraft on Wednesday, September 28th at 3:52 p.m., walked up to the counter at the Family Dollar, produced a weapon and demanded money from the 57-year-old victim (cashier). The suspect then fired a shot in the air and fled the location on foot with an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency.
The two male victims, ages 29 and 25, were leaving a local bar when the two armed suspects approached them at the corner and robbed them of their cell phones, wallets, and money. One of the victims was also assaulted. He was treated at a local hospital and was released.
The suspect and 53-year-old male victim were arguing in the parking lot of a store when the suspect hit the victim with his black, Buick sedan and drove off. The victim was taken to a local hospital by medics and listed in critical condition.
Four victims (three males and a female, ages 25 to late 40s), were standing near a corner when someone inside of a blue, Chrysler 300 pulled up next to them and fired multiple shots, striking them. After the shooting the suspect drove off. All victims were treated at a local hospital for non-life threatening injures.
The unknown suspects fired shots from a white-colored Chrysler mini-van into a crowd at a gathering, then fled the scene. Five victims were struck. A 24-year-old male was fatally wounded. Another 24-year-old male was listed in critical condition and is still being treated for his injuries. Two additional males, ages 29 and 19, and a 31-year-old female, were treated and have since been released from the hospital.
Unknown suspect was driving a stolen Chevy Camaro disregarded a red light and struck a 74-year-old male driving a silver 2000 GMC Sierra pick-up truck After the crash, the suspect fled on foot. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a couple days later. Detectives believe clothing left inside of the Camaro belongs to the driver and may assist in identifying the suspect.
A 21-year-old male victim was riding his bicycle when he was fatally struck by a dark-colored minivan with gray or tan lower panels. It will have significant damage to the hood and driver’s side headlight from the accident.
