Community Emergency Response Team Virtual Training May 4-7

The City of Detroit is offering a free virtual Community Emergency Response Team volunteer training on the following days:

  • Wednesday, May 4,  5:30 pm – 9 pm
  • Thursday, May 5,  5:30 pm – 9 pm
  • Friday, May 6,  5:30 pm – 9 pm
  • Saturday, May 7,  9 am - 3 pm

Pre-registration is required.

  1. Register
  2. After you register, you will be emailed a link to join the Zoom CERT training. 
  3. Zoom Meeting ID: 982 2682 8034 
  4. Please update your Zoom client (installed on your computer) the day before each program so that your Zoom works well, this tutorial shows you how.
  5. Follow along in the CERT Training Manual while you participate in the virtual Zoom CERT training.  Here is the CERT Basic Training Participant Manual.
