The Revitalization and Placemaking (RAP) program is an incentive program by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) that will deploy $100 million in American Rescue Plan funding to provide access to real estate and place-based infrastructure development gap financing. Please reference MEDC's Revitalization and Placemaking Homepage for resources on program eligibility and guidelines.
All proposals must include a letter of support from the local or regional economic development organization and/or municipality. Please fill out the following form to request a letter of support from the City. Our team will review requests on a rolling basis through Friday, April 1st.
